  1. To begin, provide us with high-quality images of your artwork’s front, back, and any visible signatures.
  2. Include its dimensions along with information about its history, such as provenance, previous ownership, and exhibition records.
  3. Once we assess this information, we will issue a service quote. After you accept the quote and complete the payment, we initiate an in-depth evaluation, including both scientific and historical analyses.
  4. At the conclusion of our process, you will receive a detailed authentication report.

Physical examination typically follows the research phase. However, we can prioritize an earlier assessment if necessary to align with your schedule and needs.

Shipping valuable or fragile artworks is not always ideal. To minimize risks, we offer alternative options:

  • Detailed high-resolution imagery
  • Real-time virtual evaluations (e.g., Zoom)
  • On-site assessments
  • Localized evaluations

Depending on the requirements, we may perform:

  • Material composition analysis
  • Dating methodologies
  • Advanced photographic imaging

The COA is included in the final report at no additional cost if the artwork is confirmed to be authentic.

Initial consultations, including answering questions or offering a preliminary valuation, are complimentary. More advanced services start at $300, with fees determined by the complexity and scope of the project.
